Locker Membership Terms and Conditions

Occupants

Locker access is limited to the Primary Member and up to three designated Occupants, whose information will be collected during checkout. This includes no more than one additional adult and up to two children, unless otherwise approved by the Club. Only these individuals may use the locker.

All Occupants under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied minors are not permitted to access the locker.

Non-members who are not guests of and escorted by the Member will be asked to leave, and their key cards may be deactivated. Use of any locker other than the one assigned may result in termination of membership.

Violating these occupancy terms — or any Club rules — may lead to immediate termination of the membership without refund.

Club Confirmation

After purchase, the Club will confirm your assigned locker, membership start and end dates, and key card number(s). Membership becomes active once confirmation is delivered.

The Club may reassign lockers or modify facilities at any time without notice.

General Locker Rules

Locker access is available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM during Vail Mountain’s ski season, or as published by the Club. Early access is granted on First Tracks days.
One key card is issued per member age 16 and up. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for $50.
Locker use is limited to the Primary Member, one additional adult, and up to two children. Violations may result in termination without refund.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No unsupervised locker use by minors.
Only the assigned locker may be used. Unauthorized use of other lockers may result in termination.
All gear and clothing must be stored inside the locker. No items may be stored outside or left in common areas.
Boots may be stored in your locker or on boot dryers short-term (no more than one week unless actively used daily). Off-season, boots must be inside lockers. Items left out may be considered abandoned.
No gear may be displayed or offered for sale without Club approval.
Items left behind after the season will be donated or discarded if not claimed by season’s end.
The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Personal appliances and flammable materials (e.g., ski wax, irons) are not allowed. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
Members must behave respectfully and store gear quickly and neatly.
No smoking, vaping, drug use, or underage drinking on the premises.
Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing or legally required. Approved pets must be leashed or crated at all times and cleaned up after. A $500 fine applies for waste violations, plus reimbursement for any cleanup or damage.

Guest Policy

Members may bring up to two Day Guests per day, who must be signed in at the front desk. Day Guests may not store items overnight and must store gear inside the Member’s locker. Members are fully responsible for their guests’ conduct and any damages. Violations may lead to termination of membership.

Off-Season Storage

Members who renew before the end of their term may store gear in their assigned locker over the summer. No gear may be stored outside the locker. Any gear left outside after the term ends may be disposed of by the Club.
